International Shipping Services & Costs
We ship worldwide with the exception of Canada (Canadian residents, please visit our affiliates website at www.inflatablemannequins.ca).
The website will calculate shipping options for many countries. If your country is available, please order online.** Email if you have questions or encounter difficulties. Billing address must match credit card billing address and card code must match credit card records. Guaranteed two to three day shipping services are available - please email for additional information.
All other customers outside of the United States, please contact us via email or phone for a shipping quote and to arrange payment. US Postal Service services are available at least cost; however, delivery times are NOT guaranteed and delivery can take several weeks.
US Postal Service First Class International (10 to 30 days, under 4 lbs, uninsured - shipped at your risk),
US Postal Service Priority Mail International (6 to 10 days, insured),
US Postal Service Express Mail International (5 to 8 days, insured and tracked)
Guaranteed and Expedited services through the US Postal Service and UPS are available - please email us for these upgraded services. You may place the order online choosing one of the services listed, then upgrade via email. A separate charge will be necessary to collect the additional funds necessary to upgrade your shipping.
**Note: Shipping costs are generated by UPS and USPS websites based upon the estimated weight of the shipment, without regard to the physical size of the shipment. Should the combined physical size and weight of the shipment (particularly shipments that include stands) significantly alter the cost of the shipment, we reserve the right to assess additional shipping fees in order to cover the cost of shipping your order. We will contact you for approval prior to shipping when such an adjustment is necessary. Any additional shipping costs charged by the carrier following shipment (address correction, returned shipping for any reason, etc.) are your responsibility and will be automatically charged to your credit card or invoiced to you for immediate payment.
