All purchases from Inflatable Mannequins shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah. Purchaser agrees and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Utah. Purchaser agrees and consents that venue of any action involving Inflatable Mannequins or associated companies shall be exclusively in Utah County, Utah.
